Drama as residents butcher mighty whale in Bayelsa coast line

Residents of Okpoama town, a seaside community in Brass LGA of Bayesla state on Wednesday morning were seen butchering a mighty whale.

The whale which is about 15 meters long, 5 meters wide, and 3 meters height in size is believed to be washed offshore by mighty sea waves in the early hours of Wednesday.

In photos and videos that emerged from the scene, many were seen crowded the the big sea creature as they they cut from it. It is certain that the whale will swim back to the deep if the sea level rises again.
